In the following Privacy Policy, you will learn what data we collect and for what purpose, as well as how you can update, export, delete and manage it.

The Privacy Policy is the implementation of the information policy of PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian, towards users of the webpages of the https://kilian.pl webpage(‘Webpage’) in all aspects of personal data processing and protection.

  1. PERSONAL DATA

1.1. We process the data of Webpage Users, which under the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: ‘General Regulation’ or ‘GDPR’), are personal data.

1.2. The administrator of the personal data of the Webpage Users is the owner and operator of the Webpage, the company PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian, which is a company owned natural person working on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG with its registered headquarter in Łódź (postal code 92-228, Łódź) at Czechosłowacka Street No 39 NIP 7280125314, REGON 004332383.

1.5. We process the data provided by Webpage Users for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Webpage and to provide values and effects that are provided for by the scope of the Webpage’s operation, such as preparation of a response to an inquiry.

1.6. The name, address, telephone number or e-mail address of the Webpage Users will not be saved, unless the Webpage User provides them voluntarily, for example in a newsletter, in a job application or in an inquiry addressed to us.

1.7. We also process data of Webpage Users of a statistical nature in order to learn about the way users use the Webpage and to improve its operation.

1.8. We don’t process special categories of personal data or personal data related to criminal convictions and violations of the law or related security measures.

1.9. The processing of personal data of Webpage Users for a purpose other than that indicated in the sentences mentioned above (such as marketing of services or receiving commercial information) takes place only after obtaining the user’s consent and to the extent indicated in the consent in question.

1.10. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to take appropriate actions of the Webpage, including responding to an inquiry. Providing other personal data (i.e. data that is not necessary to provide the service by electronic means) isn’t obligatory and is at the discretion of the User to whom the data relates, and their processing depends on obtaining the user’s consent. The user can set the browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or all domains, as well as set at the device level – the device can provide settings with the use of which the user can control the collected information.

  1. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. We use a variety of technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, local storage such as browser or application cache, databases, and server logs.

2.2. Entering our webpage automatically starts the transmission of information to the server of our webpage and through the browser installed on the Webpage User’s device and its temporary storage on the so-called log-file. We have no influence on this process.

Below you can find the list of information that is collected without the participation of the Webpage User and is stored until it is automatically deleted:

– IP address of the requesting device on the network,

– date and time of entry,

– name and URL,

– webpage/application, from which the contact was made (Referrer-URL),

– the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of the device operating on the network and the name of the Internet provider providing the Internet to the Webpage User.

2.3. When contacting us (via the contact form or by e-mail), the user’s data necessary to accept the contact / inquiry and its implementation in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (for pre-contractual activities). User data may be stored in our CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management System) or a comparable inquiry system.

The CRM system is administered by the supplier based on our legitimate interest (efficient and quick processing of user details). We have accordingly concluded a contract with the supplier in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, in which the provider as a processor undertakes to process user data only according to our instructions, as well as to comply with data protection standards adopted in the EU.

2.4. When making contact via the application form, in accordance with art. 13 GDPR, we process data as part of the recruitment process.

By accepting the data protection declaration as part of our online recruitment process, the Webpage User consents to the storage and processing of data by PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process.

2.5. During online recruitment, we collect and process the following personal data related to recruitment process:

Last name

First name

Address

Phone number

E-mail

Recruitment documentation (recruitment application, curriculum vitae).

Only employees and associates of PPH ‘KILIAN Ireneusz Kilian who participate in a given recruitment process have granted access to personal data related to recruitment.

2.6. If the Webpage User applies for a position that has already been filled or his competences predispose him to work in a different position, or the user has submitted his application without indicating the position, we forward the application to other departments of the company for use in further recruitment processes, if the user has expressed consent to data processing.

2.7. Recruitment data isn’t used or transferred in any way beyond the above-mentioned area.

2.8. We store personal data of Webpage Users only for the period necessary to answer questions or solve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with legal requirements resulting from applicable regulations. After this period, users’ personal data are removed from all systems.

  1. SHARING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. We share data concerning and provided by Webpage Users through analytical and statistical tools. This data includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network data, including operator name and application version number, as well as interactions of applications, browsers and devices with Google services, including IP address, reports about crashes, data on system activity as well as the date, time and URL address of the requesting party. For example, we analyse data on visits of Webpage Users to optimize the appearance of the Webpage, we use data on advertisements with which the Webpage User interacts to check the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

3.2. In order to design our pages in line with the needs and to optimize them on an ongoing basis, we use, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as ‘Google’, as well as the Google Optimize extension. Therefore, pseudo-anonymous user profiles are created and cookies are used. Information provided by cookies regarding the use of the webpage, such as:

browser type / version,

used operational system,

URL (previous visited webpage),

computer IP address,

time of sending the request to the server are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google operates under the Privacy-Shield- agreement, thus guaranteeing compliance with European data protection law.

3.3. The user has the option to block the saving of cookies by appropriate settings in the browser software. However, in such a situation, not all functions of a given webpage may be fully used. The user may also block the collection of data produced by cookies and related to the use of the Google webpage (including the IP address) as well as block the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug in: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/ gaoptout? hl = pl

As an alternative to the browser plug-in or as part of browsers on mobile devices, an opt-out cookie can be installed via this link, which will block the storage of data by Google Analytics within this webpage in the future.

3.4. Based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), we use the Google Ads online advertising program, which is to ensure that only ads are displayed on the devices that are consistent with the actual or presumed interest of the user.

This webpage uses the Google Ads advertising program and, within its framework, also conversion-tracking (conversion tracking) based on cookies. These cookies are activated after the user clicks on an advertisement displayed by Google. Third party vendors, including Google, display advertisements on their webpages and use stored cookies to serve advertisements based on the user’s previous visits to the webpage. These adwords-cookies expire after 30 days, and the gclid indicator after 90 days, and they aren’t used for personal identification of the user. Google will transfer this information to the third party suppliers if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google, however, will in no case associate the user’s IP address with other Google data.

3.5. The consent to the collection and storage of data may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The Webpage User may disable the use of cookies by entering the Google advertising deactivation page, as well as disable conversion tracking cookies by selecting the setting that cookies are blocked from the domains ‘googleadservices.com’ and ‘doubleclick.net’ and so that our webpage also can’t install cookies.

3.6. Our webpage uses the Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising program and as part of it, conversion tracking and data collection as part of advertising functions (remarketing using Google Analytics, advertising reporting functions, such as demographic and interest data reports, DoubleClick Campaign Manager reports, DoubleClick Bid Manager and reports on views on the Google Display Network). The related data processing is based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

To support AdWords customers and publishers in displaying and managing ads, Google uses DoubleClick-Cookie on the pages of its advertising network as well as for certain services provided by Google. By opening a webpage and displaying or clicking on an advertisement placed on the Google network, the User allows the installation of the DoubleClick-Cookie in the browser. The DoubleClick-Cookie qualifier assigned to the browser is the same qualifier used when accessing pages that use advertising programs.

Third party vendors, including Google, display advertisements on webpage using cookies stored for this purpose, based on the user’s previous visits to the webpage.

3.7. Users who aren’t interested in receiving advertisements related to their interests may deactivate cookies belonging to Google Remarketing-Trackings by operating the User’s settings in the browser appropriately.

3.8. Our webpage uses the Google Tag Manager tool, which allows you to manage the webpage via an interface. The Google Tag Manager implements tags, has no access to data, doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t save personal data. Google Tag Manager releases other tags that may save this data. If a deactivation is carried out in the domain or cookies, all tracking tags will be included if they have been implemented as part of the Google Tag Manager. 3.9. Our webpage includes YouTube functions for the display and playback of videos. These functions are provided by YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA.

In case of this function, an extended data protection module is used, which, according to the information provided by the provider, starts saving the Webpage User’s data only during the playback of the video recording. When displaying video recordings, Youtube activates cookies in order to collect information about user behaviour. Tips from YouTube allow, among other things, to develop statistics on playback of recordings, to improve the convenience of using by the user and to prevent abuse. Regardless of the display of the attached video, each time the webpage is accessed, a connection to the Google network ‘DoubleClick’ is connected, which may lead to further data processing, which we have no influence on.

3.10. Our webpage uses Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google Maps is managed by Google. By using our webpage, the Webpage User agrees to the collection, processing and use of automatically registered data as well as data provided by the user by Google, one of its representatives or third party suppliers. 3.11. On our webpage, we use the Hotjar tool, managed by Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Center, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe, which monitors and records the user’s behavior on the webpage. This tool records data on the user’s behavior, such as navigation, page scrolling, cursor movement. Information on the location, device used, operating system, browser and cookies is also collected. Hotjar doesn’t collect or store users’ personal information.

3.12. As part of our offer, based on a legitimate interest in the management of our online offer, the handling of online inquiries and customer service in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, we transfer the personal data of the Webpage Users to subcontractors and associates of PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian. Subcontractors and associates process them for the needs of PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian in accordance with the instructions and the Privacy Policy and using all appropriate confidentiality and information security measures.

3.13. The personal data of the Webpage Users may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations.

  1. SECURITY

4.1. The administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations. To ensure the security of the collected and processed personal data, we use:

– encryption to keep your data private while transiting.

– control of information collection, storage and processing procedures, including physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

– limiting access to personal data. Only employees, subcontractors and associates of PPH ‘KILIAN’ Ireneusz Kilian have it, when it is justified in accordance with Art. 6 1 lit. b GDPR and necessary from the point of view of the contract or on the basis of a legitimate economic and effective interest in running a business. Any person having such access is required to maintain strict confidentiality and in the event of failure to comply with these obligations, may suffer consequences, including cooperation’s termination.

  1. USER RIGHTS

5.1. In accordance with the processing of his personal data, the Webpage User has the right to:

request from the administrator to access the personal data of the Webpage User,

request from the administrator to update and correct the personal data of the Webpage User,

request from the administrator to delete the personal data of the Webpage User,

request from the administrator to limit the processing of the Webpage User’s personal data,

object to the processing of the Webpage User’s personal data,

transfer the personal data of the Webpage User,

make a complaint with the supervisory authority.
